WGIF is a statutory trust organized and existing under the laws of the State of Wyoming and is specifically designed for investment by Wyoming public entities. The Fund was established for the purpose of allowing Wyoming governmental entities to pool their investment funds to obtain the highest investment yield, while attempting to maintain liquidity and preserve capital. Its portfolio consists solely of investments permitted by Wyoming statutes
