Direct Deposit of State Aid

If you would like the State of Wyoming to send your State Aid payments directly to your WGIF account, complete the State of Wyoming Vendor ACH/EFT Application.

Additional Accounts

To open additional, separate account(s) under the same entity name and TIN#, complete an Account Application for each sub-account.

Bond Issue Information Form

The information provided on this Bond Issue Information Form will be used by the Investment Adviser to prepare reports as to the expenditure of bond proceeds for the Participant as more fully described under “rebate exception services”.
