To participate in the WGIF Fund, you first must complete the following steps:
1. Carefully review the WGIF Information Statement and Declaration of Trust before investing in the Fund;
2. Have your Governing Body adopt a Resolution;
3. Complete all necessary Application Materials to invest funds. These documents are:
- Resolution;
- Master Account Application;
- IRS Form W-9;
- Contact Record Form;
- Individual Account Investment Advisory Agreement.
You may fax this documentation to our Client Services Group at 1-888-535-0120 in order to expedite the membership and investment process; however, the original signed documentation must also be mailed to us before you may redeem/withdraw Fund shares.
4. Contact Client Services at 1-866-249-WGIF (1-866-249-9443) to schedule a purchase/deposit or redemption/withdrawal.
Online Account Access
Complete Contact Record Form for each user; you may designate any number of users and may restrict user access as needed. A user ID and temporary password will be sent to each user's email address within 2 business days. Please keep in mind that for security purposes we are unable to establish a Connect login until the original signed Master Account Application is on file.
Fixed Income Investments
The Individual Account Investment Advisory Agreement form enables you to purchase US Government Securities, Certificates of Deposit, or other "permissible" fixed investments. This service utilizes the same account number as your Fund account and is available through any and all sub-accounts you may open under the same tax ID Number (TIN#).
